Buckle is one of the commonly used accessories in backpack customization, most of them have a function of adjust the length of the straps. Buckle according to its shape, function is different, and there are different names, like release buckle(can be divided into side and front release), D ring, ladder lock, slider, hook, cord stopper, cord zipper pull,etc. According to different materials, it can be divided into plastic buckle (POM, PP, PA material), hardware buckle (Alloy, Semi-alloy, Iron).
Here we will introduce some buckles that are common on backpacks, and how we called them.
1. Release buckle
